Welcome to SuzanKozman.com. I represent buyers and sellers in San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, and West Los Angeles. I have significant experience in the following: Equity Sales, Short Sales, REO/Bank Owned, Foreclosures, Investor Flips, 1031 Exchanges, Trust Sales, Probate Sales, These specific types of sales all have unique marketing requirements and the way in which we negotiate the terms of the deal are VERY different. I will guide you through the process while ensuring that you are protected by the contract (with the contracts they are coming up with these days you really need to know what you are signing).

The Perfect Agent Survey
Participants* were asked what sought-after qualities they look for in a real  estate agents and identify the celebrity or historical figure within each category that best exemplified that particular attribute. The top 10 attributes in order, along with the winning celebrity or historical figure, are:
Experience (14.9 %): Winner: Margaret Thatcher, three-time British Prime Minister, followed by former astronaut and U.S. Senator John Glenn, and eight-time bride and two-time Academy Award-winning actress Elizabeth Taylor.
Integrity (14.1 %): Winner: Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the United States, followed by former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, and the Dali Lama.
Intelligence (11.6 %): Winner: Nobel Prize-winning physicist Albert Einstein, followed by Bob Beatty, chairman of American Mensa, Ltd., The High IQ Society, and advice columnist and author Marilyn vos Savant, who has a certified I.Q. of 228.
Hard Worker (11.1 %): Winner: 1979 Nobel Peace Prize winner Mother Teresa, followed by Marion Jones, the first female track athlete in history to win five medals at the same Olympic Games, and singer James Brown, commonly known as “the Hardest Working Man in Show Business.”
Tough Negotiator (10.3 %): Winner: Henry Kissinger, former U.S. Secretary of State and 1973 co-winner of the Nobel Peace Prize; followed by Mahatma Gandhi, Indian political and religious leader who led his country to independence in 1947, and current U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan.
Great Communicator (10.9%): Winner: Ronald Reagan, 40th President of the United States, followed by Sir Winston Churchill, twice British Prime Minister, and Martin Luther King Jr., minister and civil rights leader.
Good listener (10.5 %): Winner: Abigail Van Buren, nationally syndicated advice columnist known as “Dear Abby,” followed by Pope John Paul II and seven-term U.S. Senator Strom Thurmond.
Personality (9.3 %): Winner: Oprah Winfrey, followed by Princess Diana and Regis Philbin, host of TV’s “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.”
Internet Savvy (4.1 %): Winner: Meg Whitman, president and CEO of eBay, followed by Jeff Bezos, chairman and CEO of Amazon.com, and Shawn Fanning, founder of Napster.
Clutch Performer (3.2 %): Winner: Golfer Tiger Woods, followed by Wimbledon and U.S. Open tennis champion Venus Williams, and baseball legend Joe DiMaggio.
